NOTICE OF 51st ANNUAL GENERAL BODY MEETING OF IDPA

The 51st Ordinary General Body Meeting of the Indian Documentary Film Producers’ Association will be held at 6.00 pm on Friday the 12th October, at the 10th floor Re-recording Theatre at Films Division, 26 Pedder Road, Mumbai 400 026, to transact the following business:

AGENDA

1. To confirm and adopt Minutes of the AGM  of 1st September, 2006
2. To adopt the Audited Statements of Accounts for 2006-2007
3. To appoint the auditors for the society for 2007-2008
4. To consider and to approve the Annual Report of Activities for 2006-2007
5. Report on preparations for forthcoming MIFF. Suggestions for the Seminar and Open House subjects and any other events, are invited from members.
6. Any other business with the permission of the Chair.

The Annual Report along with the Audited Report of Accounts for 2006-2007 will follow shortly.

Tea and snacks will be served at the meeting. Since we have the use of the hall till 8.00 pm only, it would be appreciated if we could all be on  time.
